to create the Emergency Focus mode, just go to your settings, click Focus, and then set up a new focus mode. there I linked it to certain screens so my apps don’t show up when I am in that mode.
Hello, it makes me have to click OK after the “right to remain silent” speech, and then it makes me unlock my phone before recording begins (I set it to immediately). Is there a way around this? Thank you!
I downloaded this was able to adjust my focus and it sends a text as well. Then it does record automatically, but for some reason it just stops on its own and doesn’t save anywhere. Do you know what I may be doing wrong?
great questions! so the text can automatically send if you want. to do this, toggle the “Send message” action and turn OFF “show compose sheet”, plus make sure you have a contact in that message step.
The audio can also start automatically recording (toggle down on the “record audio” step, but I set it to “on tap” for myself.
Important: this shortcut isn’t great for LONG recordings. if you need something that will keep running for several minutes, I recommend changing the “record audio” action to “create recording” (using the voice memos app instead). the “record audio” step can cut things off if phone screen goes dark.

How does one add the Alert & Record shortcut to lock screen controls? Also, presumably with voice activation it would just be “Siri, alert and record ?” Thank you for creating this !

you can remove the "show alert" action at the beginning of the shortcut!

On the solo test, can you skip sending a text message to a contact without skipping the rest of the steps?
yes, and you can also just text yourself to test if preferred!

How do I add the customized screens? I have looked everywhere and can’t seem to find it
When I test this and say "Siri, alert and record", it starts reading notifications. I can't figure out how to fix this. Any ideas?
